  • The platform is owned and operated by JSW group companies and/or their authorised representatives ("JSW", "we", "us" or "our"). The platform means this internet-based electronic platform for information sharing, enquiry submission, dealer connect and lead generation.
  • The platform is intended to help users access information relating to building materials and allied offerings, submit enquiries, connect with dealers or service representatives, and avail incidental and ancillary support services.
  • By using the platform, you agree that the services offered are not absolute or unconditional and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

2. Access to the platform

  • You may access and use the platform only if you are 18 years of age or older and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
  • When you use the platform or send information to us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically or otherwise using the details provided by you.
  • We will undertake reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to the inherent nature of the internet and maintenance requirements.

5. No sale or payment through the platform

  • Unless specifically stated otherwise, the platform is not an e-commerce marketplace for concluding sale and purchase transactions on the platform. Any interaction, enquiry, callback request or product interest submitted here is only a request for information, contact or further assistance.
